Two (2) of the following documents are required for proof of residency:
A rental agreement or rent payment receipt
Property tax payment receipts
A recent utility bill (gas, electric, phone, water, or cable)
Auto Insurance policy
Military housing orders
If you are living with another family within district boundaries, you must provide a statement signed by yourself and the homeowner. One of the documents listed above must also be provided as proof of residency. (Note: This is subject to verification by a home visit or other means.)
